I don't think I'd invest 20 minutes in this

Frozen dinner and instant mashed potatoes=definite blogworthiness. Sure, she's explaining how her goal is a quick dinner with little work, and I too have those evenings, but did we really need to see a picture of it? If you're going to take a picture of this, at least try to make it look more appetizing. Mmm...turkey on toast.
